Acne Solutions
We know that many people have acne problem. In fact, acne isn't easy to live with but 90% of the global population has to at one time or another. It strikes all ages, races, cultures and geographical regions. There are ways to deal with it, though.
Briefly, acne happens when a hair follicle becomes clogged by dead skin and debris. Bacteria that naturally live on your face then infect the pore and the result is a blackhead or pimple. By the time you notice a pimple it's too late to prevent it so you must take aggressive action to prevent further outbreaks and tame the blemish. It needs cleanliness more than anything else. By keeping the area clean and free of as much bacteria as possible, you'll keep the blemish from becoming worse. Above all, do not "pop" the pimple. Popping can spread the bacteria and infection to other areas of the face, compounding your problem. It can also lead to permanent scarring.
Washing your face at least twice a day with a natural or commercial solution will keep outbreaks to a minimum and control the infections you already may have. A note of caution, however, washing too often will signal your glands that your face needs more oil, which may result in more acne. Neosporin (name brand or generic) applied to the area a few times a day will help banish the infection. If the site breaks open on its own Neosporin will help keep it soft, kill the bacteria infecting it and prevent scarring. Beside that, moisturizers also help acne by giving the skin enough elasticity that it doesn't think it needs to increase oil production, which in turn clogs pores and causes acne. A water-based, oil-free moisturizer will not only help prevent acne but make outbreaks less severe.
Sometimes an outbreak can be so severe and resistant to anything you try that your best solution is to consult a dermatologist. A dermatologist is a physician who specializes in skin conditions of all types and a large percentage of their caseload is patients with acne. They can decide if you need prescription medication, such as antibiotics or other medicines. Some prescription medications such as Accutane have demonstrated severe side effects in a small percentage of patients, though, and you should be sure to educate yourself by reading the patient information provided with the drug as well as discussing it with your dermatologist.
Sometimes you can control, reduce or eliminate acne through dietary means. Your body's acidity level (pH) has a lot to do with your glands' oil production. If you can reduce the food and drink in your diet that are acidic, you'll be able to reduce your prevent acne. Carbonated beverages are a major culprit and should be replaced with water. Eating lot of anti-oxidants, found in brightly colored fruits and vegetables will also prevent or help control acne breakouts. Try it.

Choosing the Correct Hair Products for Your Hair
I think it is important for everyone, so you should read this. When choosing your shampoo please look closely at the label. You should see all the materials and substances it was made of. The main thing shampoos consist of are detergents the surfactants that make foam show up when mixing with water and air.
Detergents.
Detergent is shampoo's basic and semantic component. After all the shampoo is intended to wash your hair, that's all. All the stuff that is above this definition is called medicated shampoos, conditioners, antiseborrheic shampoos and so on.
Though the amount of the foam does not determine the quality of the shampoo, the detergent has great influence on it. Nowadays few detergents that differ in its chemical structure exist. They are divided into anionic, cationic, nonionic and amphoteric.
Anionic detergents are most commonly used in shampoos and shower gels . They are cheap and have good purifying qualities. Anionic surfactants can be easily removed from the hair. Cationic surfactants (with positive ions) are used not so often and have higher concentration. Some of them may cause eye irritation. Amphoteric surfactants that contain positive or negative ions depending from shampoos pH are used for curing damaged and dry hair.
If we'll put in a line from worst to best we'll get the following: Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Ammonium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, TEA Layril Sulfate, OAA Laureth Sulfate. So as you see last three surfactants are the best ones. On every shampoo's label such detergent is displayed first.
Medicated shampoos
Medicated shampoos are used for curing illnesses, especially dandruff. Dandruff appears when the microscopical fungus (Malassezia Furfur) starts its activity. That’s why dandruff shampoos contain substances against seborrhea and antifungal agents.
Zinc Pirythione, Climbazole, Ketoconozole, Selenium Disulphide have antimicrobial effect against Malassezia Furfur that is supposed to cause dandruff appearance. Octopirox, Coal Tar, Selenium Disulphide suppress activity of cells that produce fat. Coal Tar, Sulphur , Salicylic Acid have keratolytic effect on the skin. In other words it is the capability to detach layers of dead cells that cause dandruff to appear.
Choosing a shampoo
First of all you must choose shampoo taking in consideration the type of your hair. Thus if you have dry hair you should buy moisturizing shampoo and so on. It is harder to choose when you got long hair of different types (oily hair at your roots and dry one at the tips). In that case cosmetologists suggest a new haircut.
It is obligatory to pay attention on the detergent. Which one is better you can see in the beginning of the article. If you like the shampoo but it is not suitable for you try not to experiment with it. If the hair is damaged (after the hairdressing) you should use shampoos with pH 4.5-5.5. Have a healthy hair.

Hair care with Cosmetic Hair Treatments
Today, you can find many cosmetic treatments available for people with any kind of hair; be it curly, straight or frizzy. You can change the style of your hair like never before with the help of hair cosmetics and other hair care products. Following are some hair care tips and useful information while undergoing cosmetic hair treatments.
Permanent waving better known as perming, has been around for nearly one hundred years. Since then perms have come a long way. Nowadays there are treatments available to give you exactly the kind of wave you want. Perms also add volume to fine, limphair.
Suitable candidates
Perms look great on people with thick hair. Hair in good condition responds to a perm much better. People who have bleached or colored their hair should stay away from perming. The chemicals are too harsh for double-processed or heavily highlighted hair.
Hair care tips before perming
Tell your stylist what type of curls you want and also what you don't want. It’s a good idea if you carry along the pictures of perms you would like to have and the perms you dread. Avoid conditioning your hair for at least 24 hours before the perm; else you may not get the desired result.
The size of the curler determines the size of the curl. A smaller curler would create a smaller and tighter curl whereas medium to large curlers tend to give a more loose effect. The end result also depends upon the texture and type of hair.
It takes one to two hours to perm hair depending upon how long your hair is and how efficient your stylist is. After the treatment is done, it takes more than 24 hours for the keratin in the hair to fully harden.
Types of perms
Alkaline perms give a strong, firm curl and have an active ingredient called ammonium thioglycolate. On the other hand, acid-balanced perms are gentler and have a significantly lower ph. Acid-balanced perms are ideal for people who have fragile, sensitive or damaged hair.
Hair straightening
If you are tired of your naturally curly hair or frizzy locks and want that poker straight hair, then straightening is the solution for you. Hair straightening should always be performed by a hair care professional with a good track record of straightening.
Various treatments
Permanent or chemical hair straightening should be carried out by a trained, experienced professional. This chemical makes the sulfur bonds in hair to separate and allows the hair to take a new shape. Flattening or straightening irons are used to give a new shape to the hair.
The thermal reconditioning process invented in Japan has excited women all over the world. It restructures the hair bonds in a way that it lends a straight and glossy appearance to the hair. After the chemical is applied to the hair, the professional stylist painstakingly irons the hair, almost strand by strand.
The hair is then rinsed and blown dry. People with colored hair are not suitable for this type of hair straightening process. It is expensive and can take hours to complete the process.
Ionic treatment is ideally suited for people with highlighted and colored hair. It leaves hair soft and silky as ions used in the solution put moisture back into hair. The treatment lasts about five hours.
Hair straightening irons have ceramic-coated plates that distribute heat evenly and prevent any damage to the hair. Straightening irons offer different heat settings to suit various hair types.
Precautions after undergoing treatment
After undergoing hair straightening treatment make sure to use a mild shampoo and a deep conditioner so that the hair is well moisturized and well protected.
Stay away from any heat-styling tools to prevent any damage to the hair.
Use a wide-toothed comb for the hair after the straightening treatment. A little care will go a long way in maintaining the straightened tresses.

Top Tips for Men Skin Care
Do you want to keep your skin healthy? Here is some tips for your skin care (for men):
1. Daily ritual of shaving!
Shaving may be rough on the face and cause the skin to dry. Thus combat it with aftershave tightness and shaving it right. Steam face with a little hot water before applying cream to it. Always use a sharp razor blade to clean stroke the shaving cream away from the hair grain direction. Pre-shaved skin lotions are useful prior using electric razors and prevent dryness afterwards. Too much of sodium laureate in lather might cause irritation.
2. Weekly exfoliation treatment.
Weekly of pampering using mild cleansers and lukewarm water will work wonders. Moisturize it after treatment with soothing goodness of aloe Vera will be beneficial to any man's face.
3. Sunscreen them.
Sun with strong UV rays can easily damage your skin and leave you sunburned, chapping skins and freckles. Applying effective sunscreen after stepping out of the shower is good prevention.
4. Balanced diet.
Not the carrots only or the no-carb thing. Balanced meant regular physical activity at least 3 times a week with a detoxification diet including anti-oxidants to set the tone for a good skin care routine for men. Color your food daily. Beer is one color. Get varieties. (Not Blue Margherita and Tequila Sunrise but vegetables and meat)
5. Water Gulps!
Drinking minimum of 10-12 glasses of water daily keeps it hydrated. Caffeinated drinks and alcohol intake are best limited for a good health.
6. Daily deep cleansing.
This is due to most men have oilier face than women. Daily deep cleansing helps clean skin pores. Avoid chemical laden cleansing products or deodorant soap for the face to avoid harshness on skin. This helps to have a cleaner edge for shaving experiences.

10 Things That Make Men Happy
Ladies, you expect men to make you happy all the time. And not making any effect to sweep him off his feet once a while? Maybe this will make him drool a little over you for a long, long time. Men, note if these are in your poker book scribbles..
1. Love
All you need is love...(personification of Ewan in Moulin Rouge) All men need is lots of love. Tender loving care. They are baby boys wanting to be pampered. Whichever way the relationship develops to, it is love that matters. Without love, the status doesn't go beyond the 'friend' status.
2. Heart of gold
Men are commonly blinded with selfish women of material craze or others just for the mere pleasure of themselves. Men loves the New rule, woman with a soft heart of gold, being a giver (at times taker), but mostly gives more to men, you will make men happy. But you have got to make sure the kindness doesn't go overboard for a 24/7 charity show, else relationship doomed!
3. Ambitious
Men and women love challenges. If women have the ambition and the desire to succeed in life, it gives you the similar drive and passion for their life growth. Start with her personal perspective of life, then move on to career and family. What was reflected are inner desires of to make better. You can be less assured that she will not be independent enough now.
4. Sense of humor
Nothing beats a good laugh or a smile at the end of a stressful working day with a woman. A medicine presented in woman, able to make men laugh or boost confidence of men able to make women laugh. Either ways it is good release of endorphins and lightens burden. Having a sense of humor is like a magnet to the fridge. If you find it hard to laugh, better seek your heart for depression symptom.
5. Intelligence with confidence
Smart woman are intriguing but too smart of a woman, more than men, are a big no no. At least not in front of them or appropriate timing to tell men, women are as smart only not as arrogance. (minus some minority though) When women tries to act smart and be demanding, that is the time they head for the highway. Of course, men love women of wit, intelligence with confidence yet knowing when to present them out leaving the male genders to respect in return.
6. Trust and honesty
In a relationship, it is important not to have skeletons in the closet. But successful relationships are nothing but heaps of trust and honesty; in a way that no alarming lies and hidden agendas behind each other back. Men, you won't want to have a woman cheating behind your back (unless you are one yourself) and still pretends like nothing happened. Mistakes are meant to be corrected but in a proper way...So women, tackle men in a gentle way (but men will still keep the secrets of those Playboys magazines...)
7. Respect
What men wanted last in their wish list is being embarrassed by women in public. Or the bedroom. Or the kitchen. Oh well, everywhere. Pride of men is just too glassy. Handle with care women of the world. Probably if woman criticize in a proper way, men will take it less hard and remind themselves of the actions not the words to pay attention to. This has to be dealt to make men a better lover, father or partner and so on, but preferably with a little humor helps to ease the pain of criticism.
8. Shapely body
Men refuses to admit they want to be with a woman where people literally turn their heads to look. Yes, a bunch of show offs. Ego. Well of course good body means you are healthy with those curves. So get that body tone up and you will make your man happy.
9. A pretty face
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. On external beauty that will last only spur of a moment but for longer stand, just a pretty face doesn't work. Men like beautiful things without a doubt. You will be your own evaluation to the inner beauty gentlemen.
10. Charm spells
Having the charm or semi-charmed life is better than being 'charmless!' 'Dangerously addictive' charm of a woman to get that table for couples in a 101% packed restaurant for dinner or getting out of trouble with patrol officer for hitting the red lights (excuses of being late for meeting and of course her mesmerizing charm). Simply because your woman was charming, the power comes automatically, satisfying her needs or your preferably, in a good way though. It doesn't take just stunning woman to attract men, but a charming woman will be stunning in her ways.
Phew, a list, women find beneficial yet men ego boost drink. Mellow down gentleman, surprise them flat faced ladies. Relationship is all about adventure.
